LEGON GIRLS IN A CRIME FIX AGAIN?

It was reported these groups of girls were involved in a shoplifting at the Accra shopping center specifically MR. PRICE shop.

This happened between the hours of 11:30pm Monday night. The victims are said to be students of the University Of Ghana Legon (yet to confirm). Eyewitness gave different stories but  they were caught by CCTV cameras and made to crawl out of the mall.

So my question is LEGON now a school for breeding thiefs. It could recalled way-back with the LAPTOP GIRL issue when she was stripped naked now another group of girls again ? so what really is the premier university of ghana advocating to other universities and the world at large.
