GURU AND LAXIOBEATS EXCHANGE INSULTS ON TWITTER. Unknown Saturday, April 12, 2014 NEWS Ghanaian musician, Guru has once again been accused of copyright infringement. The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards nominated artiste, who has been accused by several musicians of using songs without crediting them was engaged in a twitter battle with beat maker Laxio , who accused the musician of using his beat for hit song ‘Al Qaeda’ which was originally recorded by Akwasi Cute and Andy Dosty. He wrote, ‘Breaking news, Guru claims he produced a beat I did and got nominated. Is it fair? I’m not trying to fight for the award but the beat was not even meant for the song that was nominated. Thus I want people to respect the hustle of others. He went ahead to call guru a greedy selfish liar who can’t even rap sense, let alone be a producer. Guru in turn wrote, ‘I think I like Laxio beats and have respect for every music engineer I have come across, I won’t hit back at your insults because beat makers don’t make noise. But the question now is :was it for publicity stunt or what? If no why did laxiobeats keep that long top blow his accusations and is #VGMA board to be blame for this mistake? more pictures below: Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google Plus About Unknown This is a short description in the author block about the author.
