Popular Hiplife Artiste In The Grips Of Police Custody For Alleged "Weed" Case

Popular hiplife artiste Kwaw Kese will be arraigned in court today by the Ashanti regional police for smoking weed.

‘Abodam’ as he is popularly called, was arrested for publicly smoking the substance.

The controversial musician was picked up at a popular drinking spot at Nhyeaso in Kumasi.

Speaking to Starr News, the Public Relations Officer for the Ashanti regional Police Command ASP Mohammed Tanko said “the Man Insane” has been cautioned but will still proceed to court.

“Our men arrested him at “Plus 2 Pop” and the information had it that he was smoking a substance suspected to be Indian hemp”.

“The exhibit was taken away from him, he was brought to the station and detained. He was cautioned but will be arraigned before court,” he explained.
