Effects Of Stage lightening and Stage Effects

So I was actually watching one of these foreign award shows , and one thing striked me whiles performances were on-going . One Feature which most of the performers and acts utilized most whilst on stage was the fact that they had good lightening system.

So this really inspired this article Effects of lightening system in Ghana to improve our Ghanaian acts or artiste to be creative. Although from sources close to nzemaboy.blogspot.com proves that, getting an affordable and effective lighting system on a stage for an hour ranges from about GHs1,000- GHs5,000, which in my opinion most Ghanaian performers and show organizers wouldn't opt for that.

The Ghana industry is picking slowly, this innovative took place when Sarkodie mounted the stage for the #4SYTETv music video Awards 2013 with an electrifying performance, and we all could attest to the fact that he's performance was mostly highlighted by stage effect and lightening. Most Ghanaian acts perform on stage as if they acting "Theatre performances" , with white bulbs performances which mostly makes their shows boring to patronisers. Some world renowned arts that have tapped into the stage effects with lights are : Beyoncè , Jay Z and a lots but in Ghana few can be mentioned since show organizers and artistes don't want to invest much in their performances due to stinginess or probably low income cooped from such shows.

So my question is : the cost accrued from stage lightening and effects paid by the 'Artiste' or 'Show Organizers', If so why don't they both share the responsibility to pay for such performances in order to improve the level of entertainment in Ghana .
