Today is really a great day to be a Ghanaian and am really proud to say I am happy to be a Ghanaian after the Ghana black stars, as they beat South Africa to qualify from the group stage to enter the round 16 of the African Cup Of Nation.
The match started with a low performance from the Ghana Black Stars when the South Africa's scored an opener in the early minutes of 17' with a goal from M. Masango. Just as we thought all hopes were lost during the game John Boye our defensive stronghold made it a 1-1 draw for Ghana with a very splendid goal during the 73' minute. Which got the whole place ablaze as the fans were cheering them up with morale and motivation.
And the final goal from Andre Dede Ayew came as a surprise to the South Africans around the 83' . I don't think people are going to sleep tonight as there is immense jubilation on the streets of Ghana in every corner. Arguably Dede Ayew has been one of the best players for our Ghana squad.
I have to go cos the celebration is still on and i have to join friends blow off the night away. Congratulations to the team for doing us proud.
